"I've been a homeowner for decades, and I'm used to service companies making promises about all the great things they can do for me, but they usually fall short. New Orleans Water Systems is NOT that kind of company, They are excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. When they did my install, they had to deal with an old system that was leaking, causing me water pressure issues, was not installed correctly in the first place, and was very expensive to maintain. Raji Mugrabi handled my account and has been true to his every word. They were prompt. They explained everything to me. They fixed the issues caused by the company I finally got rid of. They stood behind all their work, made repairs without charge when a plumber diddled with their equipment, causing a major malfunction. From the in house demonstrations to the purchase to the installation all went smooth also the after care and up keep is smooth their always there to answer questions when needed and to maintain and service ijf needed or you can purchase needed upkeep items and do it yourself. All around a wonderful system I purchased the softener towers, the UV treatment lamp, and the R.O. unit for drinking and cooking water. As I live in Chalmette where a lot of bleach and chemicals were being added to the water to treat ameba and other bacteria and micro organisms this system has come in very handed in not having to worry about any of that anymore. Plus my kids have real bad eczema and the chemicals in the water were messing up there skin ever since adding this system a few years ago they been having no issues with their skin and my wife and daughter have not complained about problems with their hair since having soft water. The salesman that first came out was knowledgeable and did an awesome demonstration that was spot on and I know because I deal with boilers and water systems on a daily bases at work so there was no B.S. involved on the sales pitch or demonstration or pressure to purchase. I even took samples to work to test a few days after the system was installed and the results were outstanding and the R.O. water tested better than drinking water. Overall totally impressed with Nola Water and my system and the family loves it."
